As a business operation advisor, Mr. Martin assists in the project's critical oversight function for the client’s company including staff training. He has monitored company operations throughout various industries creating ways to increase productivity and lower costs.  Working with a diverse client list including Corinthian Colleges of Santa Ana, Cal. in proprietary education, to franchise restaurants like Rosati’s Chicago Style Pizza of Hoschton, GA. in creating opportunities for achieving sustained successful outcomes.

Dr. Mabry leverages her experience as a university administrator, a Georgia Certified Peace Officer, and as a non-profit executive to work with rural, persistent poverty communities to develop strategic community plans that help these communities to become federal grant ready so that they can build capacity for the future.​
