No. 2 Opus Place condominiums will be the tallest residential tower in the city of Atlanta.
Atlanta real estate developer selected MSGlobal Partners, LLC, a global government and business advisor firm, to structure public-private partnerships and secure incentive packages from local and state governments. MSGlobal Partners, LLC will be guiding the OPUS Atlanta project through state workforce programs and incentives. Managing Partner Farooq Mughal will be assisting the development team in arranging, preparing for, and meeting with elected officials and other government decision makers.
