On Wednesday, 14th of November, City of Atlanta Chief Operating Officer met with a delegation of chief executives of major corporations from China including energy, real estate, and manufacturing. The delegation was represented and led by Farooq Mughal and OPUS Atlanta Development Project.
During the visit the delegates had an opportunity to learn about business climate in Atlanta, and to discuss with the Mayor the investment opportunities to Chinese markets. Also while in Atlanta, the group had a chance to meet with the representatives from the Metro Atlanta Chamber and to learn more about their ongoing development projects in Atlanta. The delegation also visited the Georgia State Capitol to meet with the Chair of the House Economic Development Committee State Representative Ron Stephens and Ranking Members State Representative Pedro Marin. The discussion at the Capitol was led by Mr. Mughal on future investment and economic development projects.
