LAWRENCEVILLE, GA – Gwinnett County Commissioner (District 4) Marlene Fosque announced the appointment of Farooq Mughal to the Gwinnett County Transit Review Committee. The new appointee to the board will bring extensive background in public engagement, regulatory policy, economic development and smart innovation strategies.
