Mr. Parker has served as an anti-terrorism advisor and protective service detail lead agent to senior United States military leaders and as a trainer/mentor to Iraqi security forces. He holds Department of Defense and Homeland Security certifications for dignitary protection, anti-terrorism, physical security, and CBRN/WMD response.
